Elizabeth (Lizzie) Odondi, born in Albany, NY, is an experienced videographer and photographer in Upstate New York. Lizzie first became invested in the digital media world when she created a YouTube channel in her first year of high school. Lizzie also had an early interest in photography, joining a class in her senior year of high school and at Hudson Valley Community College, where she studied and received an Associates in Digital Media. Lizzie learned advanced video editing skills in the program while also developing techniques in Digital Imaging, Graphic Design and Web Art. Lizzie exhibited her work through the Program’s Student Exhibitions from 2023 to 2024. In the fall of 2025 she dove into filmmaking at Youth FX—Arts2Work fellowship—where she made her first official short film, A Gift in The Making. The project has been featured in festivals like LA’s Highland Park Film Fest and Albany’s Renaissance Black Film Fest. She is currently doing freelance work in Photography and hopes to articulate her craft in filmmaking through various short films.
